Barre
Our Barre classes are intended to bring some fun flavor and finesse to your life. Don’t let the word ‘barre’ scare you away. Our classes may be centered around improving core strength, balance, and flexibility, but our uniquely added flair is a fun way to release tensions while at the ‘barre’. It’s the perfect fitness cocktail tailored for your unique style and taste.
Yoga
Our Yoga classes will help you feel grounded while taking your fitness, mobility, and strength to the next level. Whether you are a yoga newbie or a well-seasoned yogi, there is a class designed just for you.
Dance
Our dance fitness classes are designed to teach you dance while getting you moving. No matter your experience level, our dance classes will prove to be so much fun, you won’t even know you are working out. Working out. What’s that? We dance. From today’s top hits to yesterday’s classics, we will dance from genre to genre while increasing our awareness of movement and strength.
LudoSport
Center in the Heights is now home to The Finger Lakes LudoSports Academy. LudoSport, it’s the sport with the light saber. It’s a complexity of dancelike motions, precision, coordination, and moral created around an iconic and elegant ‘weapon.’ Ludosport is more than sport, it’s more than a fitness activity, it’s a community. It’s about meeting new people, learning body movement and coordination, and finding something positive and engaging that inspires people to stay dedicated.
Range of Motion
Our Range of Motion classes are designed to improve your body movements in all aspects of your life. Your posture will improve and your workouts will have better form. You may even find that your day-to-day life becomes easier while your muscles and bones aren’t as achy. Jeremy works on stability, mobility, and agility in this class fit for anyone!
Personal Training
Whether you are just beginning your personal fitness journey, or would simply like to fine tune your already well-oiled machine, Jeremy will help achieve your Personal Training goals. Jeremy has over a decade of experience in personal training and will tailor your training to your specific goals and needs.
